Hi, I’m Mike Barker and I’m the man behind Fergus Gray Event Catering.

I learnt my trade over the years undertaking numerous positions catering across hotels, cruise liners and 5*events. Then in 2014 the time had come to develop and share my own flavours with others and Fergus Gray was created. Since then we have catered for hundreds of weddings and events.

We offer a wide range of catering services from traditional buffets to exquisite culinary experiences. Drawing on the experience of our team we thrive on working with new and existing clients no matter what the challenge.

We endeavour to use locally sourced produce and biodegradable products. We have found working with local suppliers helps us to source the best tasting food to deliver to our clients.
